TDN Pimm’s

Who knew there were so many tasty libations with Pimm’s that didn’t have the word “cup” in the name? The whole assault of cocktails is on twitter, but take a gander at some of the highlights:

  • 1/2oz Pimm’s
  • 1 1/2oz lemon
  • 1oz simple syrup
  • 12 slices Apple
  • 1 dash Fee’s whiskey barrel-aged bitters
  • 4oz ginger beer, to top

Muddle the apple slices with the lemon and simple syrup. Filled with cracked ice, the spirits and bitters and shake like snow falling off a Christmas tree. Strain into a rocks glass and top with the ginger beer.
