Jennifer,i only bartend very occasionally at private company parties and i`m not trained to freepour in such a way that i can bring along consistent and rightly measured drinks so use jigger. Also, on the subject of the Demerara Bomb#2 . . i would say-- if you don't have the El Dorado Rum Cream, you should find it... the stuff is preposterously good!! and if i were going to sub i would use Cruzan Rum Cream, and not the Castries (which is also an amazingly delicious rum cream-- but the peanuts... maybe i should try this substitution before i say anything else..)
