Said this on July 28th, 2007 at 9:31pm:Thanks for the recap Rick. Otherwise I would have missed The Liquid Muse’s post on how to “Conduct a home tasting panel.” That was a great piece of info.
But as to my favorite, it has to be your post on “Tiki Drinks from A to Zombie.” Well, I’m biased towards rum and Tiki, so…
Alas, that same post is also my least favorite as it almost made me cry about missing TotC. See you next year!

Said this on July 30th, 2007 at 12:33pm:I don’t know if I have a favorite moment. It’s all sort of a blurry goodness. Though I found myself laughing out loud in the airport when I was trying to schedule where I’d be every second of the day and making tough choices like ice vs. sake.
